and reduce unnecessary turnover
The wide range of support enables each organisation to choose the ones most relevant to the needs of their employees, resulting in a focused, relevant and cost effective programme.
Empowering parents and helping them feel good about their decisions will enable them to be both better parents and better employees.
The support can be provided as seminars for large groups, interactive workshops for up to 16 people, or individual support for parents who want focussed support for their specific situation.
The most popular workshops are:
- Child development – understanding how your child’s development will impact on you and your life. Including practical advice on common behavioural issues.
- Preparation for parenthood – a practical workshop which helps people who are not yet parents identify their own priorities and understand how parenthood will impact on their lives.
- Parent-Centred Parenting and what it means for you. An introduction to a revolutionary new model of parenting which helps parents balance the needs of all members of the family
- Work/life balance - getting right first time. Helping parents work out what is essential at home and work and what can be delegated, re-prioritised or discarded.
- Now there are more! – this is for parents who are expecting their second, third fourth plus child. Again, a practical workshop aimed at parents who returned to work at least part time after their first child, but who are looking at extending their family and want help with the issues that additional children bring with them.
- Executive Review – a workshop for employers who recognise value of their employees and who want to maximise the benefits to their organisation of having staff who are committed, loyal and efficient.
NEW!
We are pleased to announce the addition of a ‘return to work’ workshop for parents who have been at home with children for more than 3 years.
As children start school, many parents feel that the time is right to return to work, or increase the number of hours they work. This can bring with is a host of issues and preparation for this change can help parents make the right decisions when it comes to the re-launch of their career.
Bespoke programmes are available to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want from the support within your budget.
